Well I rescued a 6" slider and a 6" Map. Now I need to find something bigger for them FAST. They've been in a 10 gallon tank, so anything is better than what they were in. I will not put them in my 55 gal w/ my two RES I have now.

Oooh, I take it back. I see why you are wanting to use a bin setup.
Let me just say that bins are best in a temporary situation and NOT if you live in an apartment. I tried a bin with Tank and she hated it and acted sick and depressed and wouldn't bask.
I figured anything was better than the 10 gallon Tank was in, and that's why I tried the 50 gallon bin.... But they just bow so much that they threaten to explode and leak water everywhere. Unless you have them in the garage, I wouldn't do it at all.
It's better to just find someone on Craigslist who is selling an aquarium for not a lot of money. If you were to get four rubbermaid bins (They cost $20 each), then you'd have spent $80 anyway. I advise you just look for a cheap 60-100 gallon online. You can find them for $100-200, I'm sure.
