Hi all!

Some time ago I read that when the space between the scutes is very pronounced is an indication of overfeeding. So, I doubt if this is my case. I put you some photos from my slider (3 years and 9 months female). Sorry for the quality (they seemed better in the camera). I can take them again if necessary.

Thanks in advance!

There do seems to be large areas indicating fast growth. Not as bad is it could have been but correct the diet and add some variety as soon as you can.

Hi Laura,

In the first picture it does look like there are noticeable gaps between the scutes. I know you said she's currently 3 years and 9 months, but would you be able to share her weight and your currently weekly feeding routine?

Hi! Thanks both! and sorry Triston82 for not answer!!! I do it now:

She is 12,5 cm long and her weight is 385 gr.

I used to feed it every day and depend on the day I use leafy greens, commercial turtle food, vegetables and occasionally some fruit. Now I have switched to giving him lettuce one day and sticks or other things the other day.
