Diet Percentages

Hello, I was just curious as to the percentages that should make up an adult turtle's diet. Meaning..
How much protein, fat, fiber, etc...Basically I'm looking for a good commercial diet that I can feed for those couple days where I'm too busy to get my hands on lettuce or if I run out of lettuce/other veggies etc...
Anyone know which turtle food has the most vegetable matter?
Thanks

Well i'm by no means an expert, but i think the frozen San Francisco Bay Aquatic Turtle Food would be good for that, its main ingredient is anacharis, and it's got other veggies in it along with some kind of protien, blood worms i think. I'm out of it right now so i can't look to see what all the percentages are, but i got it for when i unexpectedly run out of veggies. My turtle is crazy for it, so i give it to him as a healthy treat. Some people find it to be really messy, but i've never had a problem with it. I guess maybe it depends on your filtration.

Seems like a good recommendation.
I've been looking at Tetra ReptoMin Soft Gels, they seem to be packed with Fruits/Veggies. I was wondering if I could feed those with other dry pellets that have some more protein.
That would at least give them some fruits/veggies instead of the dry pellets that are basically 35-40% protein. Another dry pellet food I was looking at is JurassiDiet Aquatic Turtle Food, it has a good amount of alfalfa in it which I think is good for turtles?

Nevermind, I actually checked up on the soft gels...seems the staple in it is apple which shouldn't be given to turtles regularly.
Can anyone find an online link to that food that octpusgirl8 was talking about?

I looked and couldn't find it for sale online anywhere, maybe because it's frozen and hard to ship. I just did a quick search though. They sell it at Petsmart in the freezer where they keep the frozen fish food and mice and all.
I found this for a list of ingredients and all, it looks like carrot is actually the main ingredient, but i could swear on the package it listed anacharis as #1.

Wow, looks like a really good food. It has carrots, romaine lettuce, and anarchis! If I was going out of town for a month could I give this to my neighbor and have him feed my turtles this? Planning for the future.

I couldn't find anywhere that sells it online, it's frozen so i'm guessing it's hard to ship. It couldn't hurt to look, but it might be easier to go to your nearest Petsmart (they have them in texas don't they?)

The SFBAD has some good ingredients and is good as part of the overall diet. Since it has a fishy smell, most turtles really like it, even those who aren't interested in veggies. The moisture content is really high, though, so it's debatable how much food a turtle would get from eating, say, one cube.
JurassiDiet has excellent ingredients. I rotate it with other pellets, but my turtles still prefer Mazuri or Reptomin.
