just fed my too guys a earth worm each for a treat.they went crazy they realy liked them .do you think --one worm each and one cricket each 1 day a week .say tues. a cricket and fri. a worm- to much for a treat. going to introduce some veggies soon i also give them reptomin pellets every day about 4 or 5 eachthe pellets are the small kind for hatchlings

I like to give my turtles live prey ( fish crickets worms ect.) once a month.But live prey may not contain much nutritional content and may harbor parasites and diseases.So only feed it to them as a rare treat
