Hi, I've bought my baby res the reptomin first and all it eats are the baby shrimps, so i bought the nutrafin pellets, he snap at it and tries to eat it but i guess its too hard for him, when i rip it up and it becomes soft he doesnt eat it

thankyou, i hope he eats it eventually since he needs the calcium and also it is my fault that i've spoiled him with the shrimps

Be strong and don't feed him any treats!

If you haven't, stop feeding him the baby shrimp.
How do you rip up the Nutrafin? I'd take a knife and cut the pellets in half if they're too big for him to eat.
If you can, try to find some Reptomin Baby, which is Reptomin in a smaller size and which has a bit more calcium in it.

As Marisa stated, Reptomin Baby has bit more calcium in it and therefore is a bit better for your turtle. Reptomin also softens up fairly quickly, so it shouldn't be hard for very long.
