Here is my regiment: (Their shells are a little less then 2" in diameter, size is given so you have an idea of how big they are)

1. I am usually feeding my turtles once a day.
2. I usually feed them about 6-8 pellets a piece on their daily feedings.
3. Aside from the pellets I will toss in about 6-8 baby shrimp/mini krill for the two of them about once or twice a week.
4. I have some cuddlebone that I throw in the tank once a week too.
5. About twice or three times a week I will cut up some veggies or fruits along with the pellets.
6. For a treat once in a while I will feed them a minnow (are these ok)

Ok as far as fruits and veggies I am going to list stuff in my fridge...please let me know of what I list is no good for my babies. I really want to ensure that have a good diet and are really healthy. I am really liking my turtles and would feel like crap if I was treating them wrong.
a. Artichokes (cooked or raw)
b. Grapes (red or green)
c. Cheese - not sure about this
d. Apples (green or red)
e. romain lettuce

From what I read you want to feed them enough pellets to fill their head up right?

Ok here are some small pics, let me know if you think they look healthy and are a good weight.

1. I am usually feeding my turtles once a day.
That's fine.
2. I usually feed them about 6-8 pellets a piece on their daily feedings.
What type of pellets? 6-8 baby Reptomin should be okay, regular sized would be too much.
3. Aside from the pellets I will toss in about 6-8 baby shrimp/mini krill for the two of them about once or twice a week.
I've never fed these to my turtle, but that sounds like too much protein. I would cut back to once every two weeks to a month.
4. I have some cuddlebone that I throw in the tank once a week too.
Good.
5. About twice or three times a week I will cut up some veggies or fruits along with the pellets.
They can have veggies, like lettuce, daily.
6. For a treat once in a while I will feed them a minnow (are these ok)
Rosie red minnows are a good feeder fish, once per month at most, and you should not give the shrimp/krill during that time span.

a. Artichokes (cooked or raw)
Not sure about this one.
b. Grapes (red or green)
Make sure you peel them, and don't give them these more than once a week due to sugars.
c. Cheese - not sure about this
No dairy for your turtles, please!
d. Apples (green or red)
Peeled and cut into slivers, these can be fed as frequently as grapes.
e. romain lettuce
Dark, leafy greens are excellent and can be fed daily. Green/red leaf lettuce, dandelion greens, and romaine are all good choices.

Consider integrating some carrots into the routine, once per week. They are high in vitamin A which is good for turtle's eyes. Also, blueberries are excellent to help in shedding and health. There are numerous other veggies and fruits that can be fed.
