Diamnond Back, Hemp seed and hemp oil are extremely nutritious, they have even been called superfoods. Maybe you should do your own research and make up your own mind instead of following the herd blindly.

He was not talking about hemp seed or hemp oil. Marijuana is under the list of poisonious plants to feed turtles.

@tokapeli- I am completely open minded about marijuana use, but it is silly to assume an animal would enjoy a random ”buzz” because they are bored. You can't know what an animal is thinking, any sort of mood or mind altering drug would be confusing i'm sure. As an adult feel free to make your own decisions about what you put in your body, but giving recreational drugs to animals for no reason would be considered abuse in my book.
