My boy is starting to get bigger and he has a bad habit of getting excited and trying to stand up in the corner of the tank while on his dock. I'm worried he will climb out and hurt himself so I need to lower the water level a bi but this will cause the water line to be below the spray bar, making noise and splashing water. I was wondering if Rena made extensions so that the spray bar could be lowered further into the tank.

The spray bar turns. You can point it directly down into the water or point it towards the back of the tank so it hits the glass. That should minimize noise.

Can't you put a grill or some eggcrate to prevent escape? And you want the spay bar or nozzle to be a little above the water line to agitate the water surface.
