Does anyone now where to get one without buying another lamp?

I've never seen them sold separately. If you bought a brand name model, you might want to see if the manufacturer will send one to a loyal customer.

$7 at your local hardware store for the entire light fixture. Take the clamp off and use it with whatever light fixture you have now.
