more like 78-80...82 works if there is an illness. AND instead of whining about not knowing what to do...start reading. Andrew nicely told you a temp and you still don't know what to do. Good grief!

Shellie, please start reading the website and searching for information in the forum. I've deleted many of your posts as they were posted more than once asking the same questions. Please read the posting guidelines.

The people who are going to give you info are the same people that contributed to this page. Andrew is right. Start reading...it's not going to be any different than what people tell you...and we get tired of spoon feeding people.

Is this one of those kidney-shaped plastic tanks that has a raised middle for basking? If so, it sounds like what is commonly called a lagoon--not the best environment to keep your baby in for any length of time. A regular tank would be much healthier and would allow you to have other equipment in it that would contribute to your baby's health. Do you have proper lighting for your turtle to bask under (both a UVB light and a heat source)?
