I love how tiny they are. I almost don't want them to get bigger. But at the same time, I'd be really concerned if they stayed this little. How fast do they typically grow?

The turtles no longer run away from my hands! They sniff the air, then swim over to investigate. Most likely because they associate my smell with food. But still! They are learning to recognize me as something good and not something terrifying.
They're almost in great health now too! They're doing normal turtle things and almost as good at swimming as they should be

How old do you think they are? Are they even a year old?

How ever long you had them add on a week maybe two and thats their age because at that size you probably got them right when they had hatched.

Oh my god. I didn't realize they were that young! I knew they were under a year, but I didn't think they were that young. YAY BABIES.

I'm excited to watch them grow up and change
