cute turtle.. :)

I'm kind of confused though. Does your turtle have any water in his tank? I can't tell if it's in or out of water.

These are the close-up pictures taken while it was basking. How can I keep him/her without water.
Well let me add up to the things I said earlier in introduction
1. I am trying to improve everyday the set-up for the turtle.
now I have increased the height of the rocks so more drying for him/her is possible and also increased the water.
2. The commercial industry for the pets is not that developed here and there might not be any easy sources available in Vietnam, but I will still keep on imporving.
I have few questions which I will ask in different topic today or most probably tomorrow morning.

Thanks for your concern,
When ever I think about this forum then I feel like I have always some support and I am not alone taking care of the Angle

I was just curious as I didn't see any water. It seemed that he may be basking :)

It's interesting to see how others in different parts of the world manage without what we take for granted and the things that are easy for us to get.

Back to the eyes...are they covered over or is that just how it appears in the picture?
