Lately I have noticed that the shells on my turtle look strange. I'm a new turtle owner and so I'm a little worried. I'm not sure if it is normal growth or something is wrong... please help
(the camera quality is not that great sorry)

Looks like a little pyramiding... either from poor habitat conditions and/or diet. How long have you had your turtle?

Could be diet, their habitat is perfect. I think. He lives in a 10gal and will upgrade soon. The water level is 3/4 full. They have a dock/bridge they bask on and dry completely. And they have basking lamp. I feed them reptomin baby and the large sizes too everyday, once a day. Is it possible that they have too much water? Even though my turts love water

Do they also have a UVB lamp? Unless the turtle has injuries or disabilities, more water is fine and recommended.
