Well she definitely knows when it's feeding time. When she first came home, she was sooooo quiet and timid. Those days are over!
She splashes frantically in the morning when it's feeding time.
I swear I see her smile when I approach her tank. I think I can tell the difference, because I've also seen her frown before she had the appropriate habitat.
She's cute because she goes toward me when I approach when at first, she would head in the opposite direction whenever she saw me coming!
She's cute when I'm hand feeding her (which she fully expects) but she's splashing so frantically and snapping, she misses. So I cup her with my other hand to hold her still so she can take a bite. Awwwww.....!
She's cute because she's in the dining room and if I'm in the living room, I see her at the corner of the tank straining to get a look at me. So I go over and say hi and she just splashes and splashes.
My Sweet George.

I'm happy because it seems she's living a great life. She seems content.
