So, my ex-in-laws gave my twin sons a RES each for Christmas. Of course, they (my sons) are only 10, so now I'm the proud mother of the little guys (the turtles). I have had no experience with RES but I'm finding them to be great little creatures. They are pretty small, 1.5 and 1.0 respectively. I'm so glad I've found this forum because a lot of the other info I have found regarding the care of RES is just wrong to sum it up. I have learned a great deal so far from reading here and hopefully I am giving good care to my little dudes!
