Hi! My name is Carli. I'm 19 years old and am a full time college student. I have two red eared sliders named Otis and Captain Spaulding, and an adult yellow bellied slider named Baby. I love them sooooo much and they are the cutest things ever. My babies were at a flea market, being sold in those small containers... I had no idea what care they required, but after research my boyfriend and I gave them the proper living arrangements they deserve! Today, I bought my adult yellow belly at a sketchy pet store down town. She was in a tiny tank with no room to swim

so sad. I had to buy her to give her a good life!! Does anyone have any turtle stories about how they had to buy a turtle because it tugged on their heart strings?!
