Figured it was about time i talked to you, well, that and i have questions i can't find the answer to... I got my little ones in Sep. They were only hatchlings, size of a half dollar maybe? Got them from one of those irresponsible, lying flea market people. I know, I know.. In my defense I've since been speaking out against her locally. Anyway, I have a False Map, male and a yellow bellied slider, pretty sure female. (I know..I didn't realize how big females get. May have to give her to a caretaker I know with ponds someday. 
) I love them both dearly and even though i knew they would be expensive, I have put far more into them than i ever thought I would. (besides emergencies, vet bills, etc) I've invested in their future though, and mine, getting Fluval FX5 canister filter for a 75 gal tank, a basking condo from glasscages.com, etc. Sooo anyway, lol, it's late. Don't mind my rambling. 
My map is Scoot and my yellow belly is Captain/Ms. Captain. I just moved them into their big tank 2 weeks ago. They're pretty happy with it I think, but I can't get them to bask. I know they can go up to about 2 wks because of being nervous, etc, but I'm getting worried now. Anyway, I think I'm supposed to save my questions for another thread so I'll elaborate tomorrow. Right now I'll just post a couple pics and go to bed. I'll post a pic of everything set up, with fish and all, pretty soon. The only one of the big tank now is one where the filter was just clearing the water and nobody was in it, except the small one of Scoot. Okie dok, talk to you guys soon. ~KStarz
