I am located in Toronto, Canada and I have my darling RES named Onion. He's a touch undersized as he didn't have an ideal habitat or diet for the first 5 years of his life. My mother bought him as a Christmas present for my baby brother and they've been neglecting him since then. I've been taking care of him for the last 6 months and he's grown from 2.75 inches to 4 inches. Thanks to this forum I've been able to obtain enough knowledge to give him the proper husbandry that he deserves. He's a sweetheart and starting to know and trust me, which is fantastic!
I've turned into a bit of a RES enthusiast ever since I got Onion, so I'm looking forward to sharing the excitement with the rest of you!
