Hi, I'm a new member here at redearslider.com. A year ago my mom and I bought a red-eared slider, but I'm the one who takes care of him so I figured joining this site would be helpful. :D

Hi there! You will find this site very helpful. I as a new RES Owner refer to this site at least every day. I love the basic care site, and all the stickies on the forum. I have a 7" 5 Year Old Male RES named Zeke. I have now had him for 2 full weeks! I rescued him from someone that dumped him at Petco. How big is your RES what is his/her name?
