Hey everyone, my name is Tina, but I prefer Neona (middle name)
I'm 16 years old and want to be a high school teacher.
I lived in Scarborough, Ontario in Canada. It's the suburbs above Toronto.
My brother, Fred and I own a RES each and we've had them since we we're kids.
Mine's name is Dribble and his is Edwin.
Which is funny, because he just assumed it was a boy, and I quite honestly think that Edwin's a girl....but not entirely sure.
So that's my first question, how can you tell the gender of a turtle?
They are about 8 years old, don't have a digital camera or the money for one, so no pictures folks, sorry!
We've never had much of a real habitat for them...they were in a small tank when they were babies,
but now they live in a big plastic container.
We sadly don't have the money to keep them in anything special.
We're raised by our single mom, dad left while ago.
It's kinda funny, because our 2 turtles were a few of the last things he bought for us...
We are on the verge of welfare you could say, but we do our best for them.
This is a really great site and I look forward to meeting you all!
