Hello Everyone,

My name is Dawn. I have two sliders, a red ear and a yellow pond slider. They are 6 and 5 years old. I am in need of finding them a good home where someone will love and nuture them. I must leave them behind as I am moving back to Canada, where I immigrated from 6 years ago. I am devastated to have to leave my girls behind but due to a divorce and no safe way to bring them with me (weather issues) I need to find them a good home.

If anyone can help me with this I would appreciate it. I live near Ogden, Utah.

Darn it! I am in Kearns, Utah but am not in a position to take on any new turtles right now due to space constraints. I will keep my ears open to see if anyone is looking for some. My niece has a couple of turtles I will ask her if she knows anyone who wants them.

Hi Heather,

Thanks you for the offer. It looks like I may be able to take them home with me after all. I leave on the 17th of this month (short time frame but with the divorce I am sure that you can imagine why). Please do let me know if something else comes up though. I still have concerns about keeping them warm enough while we travel but that will come together.
