Hey I'm kind of new to the forum but I'm not new to taking care of RES. I have two of them. They will be turning 3 this August. My boyfriend also owns a turtle, but he's fairly new to it. His turtle is only 1/2 years old. I have two male turles, their names are Aztec and Swimmy. My younger sister named Swimmy. He started out being her turtle then she gave up and I sort of adopted him. They have family that aren't turtles. They live with a Chinchilla, hampster, and a betta fish. I think they like their Chinchilla sister the best. They look so amused when she hops around their tanks. Anyway, looking forward to talking with some real turtle experts!!!
I love Chinchillas (and turtles and fish). I hope you can post some pics of your animals sometime! cya
