emma wrote:k thanks... My mom said that we can take him to a vet. but we wont be able to take him until this weekend.. what can I do for him? Then i heard her talking with my dad and she said she doesn't even think brownie is sick. He fits all the RI symptoms- yawning a lot on the basking area, having trouble breathing, basking a lot, kinda puffy eyes, he doesn't swim very well either. But yes, he does eat.

keep an eye on him for another day or 2 if these symptoms that you mention above which the sound pretty serious. should get any worse or not improve at all I would go to vet. anyway for a piece of mind, the price of a visit is minimal now ! than if your turtle gets really sick.
