Its been 12 days now, and he's still not eating anything. I've tried everything, including boiled eggs and boiled chicken.
And this morning, he seemed very weak.

I'm desperate here...

Short of taking him to see a vet you can keep him warm (water temp of 80 or 82 degrees), very clean and stress free (ie, don't pick him up unless you have to) and keep trying to temp him with tasty things like tuna, shrimp, chicken and boiled egg.

Around here we can get a product for sick children called Pedialyte. We can get it at drug stores like Walgreens. It contains electolytes and some carbohydrates. If you can get it or something similar, dilute it to half strength with tepid water and soak your turtle in it for around 20 minutes at a time a couple of times a day. This may help him.

I've very sorry you and your turtle are having such a hard time. I'll be thinking of you and hoping he bounces back soon.

Thank you for your advice. I've tried soaking him in Pedialyte solution yesterday, I hope this will make him better.

Anyway, now he's been moving his head back and forth every once in a while. Is this normal? Here's a short video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=406HRR8ouoU

Thank you for your concern, Spotsmama. He seems to get worse today. Just now I found him lying upside down in the tank. I think he is so weak he cant swim. :(

Update

Unfortunately, despite all the efforts, my turtle died today. :(

Thank you all, for your replies.
