It fell into a carpeted area. We found it my 5 year old brother said its okay. but I dont trust him. i need answers PRONTO! ASAP! I'm worried sick.

Inspect the shell carefully for damage. Any bleeding or loose scutes or swelling? All that you can do other than that is watch the turtle VERY carefully for the next week or two to see if any changes in behavior or eating occur. If you notice anything, get the turtle to a vet immediately. You can't tell internal damage from inspection. Be more careful with your turtles.

She hissed a little bit. Now it looks like she shedding her skin more. I am going to be stalking it for the next week.

You're going to be stalking your turtle? As was suggested, just keep an eye out for unusual behavior.

Stalking as in watching. Landed on her back. Well she is acting fine now. Still eating like a pig.

If there's a way for her to escape her tank you need to fix it ASAP.

I had her out of her tank. she was on a screen. She walked off.
