How long have you had it? 2 weeks

What is the water temperature? 75 to 80
Did you use a thermometer? Yes.
Are you using a water heater? No.
How much water is in there? 25 gallons

What is the basking temperature? 90
Is there a basking light? Yes.
Is there a basking platform that is easy to climb on? Yes.
What kind is it or what is it made out of? I'm not sure.
Is there a UVB light? Yes.

What have you been trying to feed it? Krill, Shrimp, and the food that came with it.
When was the last time your turtle ate? I think it ate yesterday, but I'm not sure.

How big is the tank/pond/enclosure? Tank, 30 gallon.
Is the tank near a window? No.
Is the tank in a room with a lot of activity? No.

Have you read the Basic Care section?Yes.
Have you searched the forums for similar situations?Yes.

Is there any other unusual activity/symptoms? It won't eat and it stays on the floating dock under the heat lamp.

I noticed a bump on it's claw a 4 to 5 days ago, then it started acting strange and wouldn't get off of the platform. Then 3 days ago I noticed another bump on the back of it's neck. I started to google to see what was wrong, but nothing really helped. Then today, I found another bump on the side of it's neck. I am really worried now, and it still won't eat. When it gets in the water it just swims toward the filter and the back glass. Here are some pictures of the bumps.

Looks like its most likely a type of fungus on his skin or infections. . Either way it looks somewhat aggressive. You might wanna look into a vet if you can. Best you can do for now is to dry dock him for a couple hours everyday and apply a antibiotic ointment that you can get6 to the areas to try and heal them.

I have had this before, make sure to keep the water clean. When I had it my parents wouldn't let me take it to a vet so what I did is I took tweezers (this might be mean but they survived  ) and kinda pulled the white stuff off. Then put neosporin in the wounds and dry dock them.
