Hi

I am getting worried about my turtle he has these spots (Please see attached files) that seem to be getting worse.

Can someone please tell me what it is and the best way to treat it please

It looks like an aggressive case of fungus. I'd start by setting up some place for dry docking during the day and night. You should also use something to disinfect, Hibiclens or Betadine are good products. People also use Acriflavine or Maroxy, see (http://www.austinsturtlepage.com/Care/medshell.htm) for in-tank care.
