Respected sir,
Well i stay in india so we dont have vet's who specialize in turtles,my turtle has almost stopped eating, he's having symptons like he sneezes a couple of time And gasps for air thus breathes from his mouth,i hope i hav given u sufficient information,please tell me how can i help him,its urgent

sounds like some type of respiratory problem. I've read that you're supposed to keep them really warm and put them in shallow water. Also, if his eyes are puffy its good to give them leafy greens for the vitamin A. I hope this helped, my turtle died this morning and i'm very sad! I hope you can help him out!

Keep the turtle warm, water should be around 80-82F and basking area 95F.

What have you been feeding him? What is his habitat like? How much water does he have, filtration, lighting (UVB)?

Well he"s not eating anything now, i used to offer him pellets,i kept him in a small crude aquarium where i used to feed him then leave him outside in my house,for basking i take him out in the sun

Yeah it's a respiratory infection. You need to clean that tank out and make the habitat much warmer. This is deadly and can kill. I would know, my dear turtle just passed away from a respiratory infection. Try to keep your UV light on as much as possible.
