Urgent Care :: Help please one of my turtles are sick

I cant find a reptile vet in my area for my turtles and im not sure whats wrong with one. one of them is getting a soft shell and isnt moving mush at all and wont eat. what could this be from (note that it is a hatchling) my other one on the other hand is very healthy and happy. Should i seperate them....any insight helps

Where are you located?
Please separate and bump up the temperatures.
