That might be a cyst or something. How long has it been there? Not sure if it can be related to the mouth issue.

If it's large enough, it could be causing some pressure when she opens her mouth. Another reason to have it looked at.

it appeared a bit after she began to open her mouth a little bit. we saw a few videos on how to help her open her mouth and it worked but she can’t open as much as she would before.
