Urgent Care :: White spot on turtle head after injury

Hi. My 2 year old RES fell from a height of about 15 cm , 16 days ago. It had a small head injury with just a drop of blood appearing. I then decided to not use any disinfectant or antibiotic on it from fear that it would get on its eyes because of the wound short distance from them . I kept the water extra clean and monitored the wound for changes. The two last days the wound spot has become white like shown in the photos. Turtle acts completely normally and has appetite.First photos are how the wound looks now while the last one is right after the injury. Does anyone know what is this and what can I do; In my country turtles and reptiles are not popular pets at all and the vets do not accept them for treatment

Hey, sorry for the late reply. It's hard to know what it is, but at this point I'd make sure the water is kept clean, and that it does not show more discoloration or spreading.
