My turtle's shell has been peeling over the past few weeks and seems to be getting worse. Can someone let me know if they have seen this before and what steps I can take to remedy.

I would be taking that turtle to the vet if it was me....To me it looks like some sort of shell rot with fungus/algae growing on the shell. You can see what other people think, though.
