Urgent Care :: is he or she dead?

ok last july i got 2res from chinatown in chiacgo and one got bigger that one is crush .the other is squrist (may have misspelled) that hasn't gotten bigger . now to the problem i think squrist is dead because he hasn't eaten in like 2days and yesterday i pick him up and i heard a weird sound come from him like a click or something like it. today i look at the tank and i see squrt at the bottom on his side . eyes are close i pick him up and there is on movement like a lifeless doll. i then a tiny movement but i don't know help water is around 70-75f and basking area 75-85f

If there is movement than he must still be alive. I'd get him to a vet as soon as possible. It doesn't sound very good.

Keep him warm and in a dry place or with only very shallow water so he doesn't have to expend energy swimming until you can get him to a vet.

If Squirt has something contageous he may have passed it on to Crush. You'll need to clean the tank very thoroughly and keep a very close eye on Crush so that if he starts showing symptoms you can get him some vet assistance early on.

Welcome. Is the turtle still moving? Your water temp is way too cold (bring it up to about 80F) and a basking area temp that fluctuates 10 degrees isn't healthy as well (bring it up to 90F).
