It's good you found help. What's the name of the oral drops you're putting in the water?

It's called Betamethasone Sodium Phosphate Oral drops (Betnesol)

He's still opening his mouth though, but it appears to have reduced in just one day (again, i don't know if it has actually reduced or i'm just seeing what i want to see)

Update

After just one day of the treatment, Napoleon seems to be getting better.

right now, he's not wheezing at all! i don't know if he'll start later..but i plan to keep him out of the water for the night.

Yeah he's improving. But it kind of comes and goes..i mean his irregular breathing. I'm going to be positive about it though.

It's tough that you can't take him to a vet, i'm glad you're doing everything you can to help him. I'll be thinking of him!

Unless I'm reading that info wrong, Betnesol is for the eyes and nose. You're putting them in his water? How much are you using?

about 5 drops for a litre..

He seems to be doing fine now, so i would say the treatment worked..
