I'm a little nervous of giving my turtle antibotic shots...I tried to do it..but seems like the skin is really thick... :(

I had the same reaction when I had to give my turtle shots for an RI. If you aim between the "scales" on the turtles arm and give a little pressure, the needle pops under the skin and you can give the injection-- it just takes some getting used to.
But, the resistance is normal, don't worry about it. I hope your turtle feels better!

Isn't it next to the arm where skin and shell connects?

BlueDoraemon: From what I've read and heard, it's one of the forearms in between one of his scales. Hope someone else can give you a definite answer.
