i bort my YBS about a week ago and hes about 6 weeks old and he has gray marks on his shell this dont go i got some pics so here

to me it just looks like scute shedding.

just normal shedding of the shell its normal for all turtles. From the pictures I see its just shedding and nothing to be worried about. Just DONT trya nd take them off yourself they will natuarlly fall of by themselves. Im pretty sure thats what it is. No need to worry

the turtle is only like 2 months old would they shed this young?

I think that's too young for normal shedding. If shedding is going on in that area, it's probably due to something going on with the shell, like an injury, trauma or even the start of shell rot.

The second pic is blurry, but is that white area soft at all? Can you smell anything if you sniff at it? Has your turtle had it since you got him?

no it dose not smell and yes its had it since iv had him and it dose not look like its goin to come off i have some more pics

it is soft but all of his shell is soft because he is so young
