What do you mean almost drowned? Was Opus stuck under something and couldn't surface for air or was he having trouble swimming?

Take him out of the water now. Put her in another tank, with a very small amount of water, maybe about 6cm. Try to make her bask more. Do this for a a week then raise the water by 2 cm. Then repeat.

Lopsided swimming is when the turtle looks uneven. When he is floating his shell is at an angle with the water, and one side is always higher than the other, and always the same side. You should also keep an eye out for lethargy, gasping breaths, etc... the usual signs of a respiratory illness which could result if water got in his lungs.
For tonight I would dry dock him to let him recover in a warm safe place. While he's dry docking I'd check the tank for any safety hazards so he can't get stuck anywhere again. You should also boost the water temps a little (to 80) so that if he is getting ill his immune system will be boosted a bit.
I think dry docking for a week as vild said is too much, just give him a night to recover and put him back in his tank if he can swim well. I'd watch him for a few days and if any symptoms appear you'll have to make a vet's appointment to get him checked out.
