Urgent Care :: White Marks are worse

I posted a question about tan marks a little while ago, but things have gotten a lot stranger. Like the tan marks are not almost WHITE. They do not well any different from his shell. I have tried to talk a picture but the camera does not pic it up . Does anyone know what could be going on. I would not have reposed in UC section if I did not think things have changed .

How big is your turtle? Around an inch
How long have you had it? Around 4 weeks

What is the water temperature? 78
Did you use a thermometer? yeah
Are you using a water heater? yeah
How much water is in there? All the way up
Are you using a water conditioner? yeah
Are you using any filtration? yeah

What is the basking temperature? High 80s
Is there a basking light? yeah
Is there a basking platform that is easy to climb on? yeah
What kind is it or what is it made out of? Stone I guess
Is there a UVB light? yeah

What have you been trying to feed it? Sticks and Shrimp
When was the last time your turtle ate? Yesterday

How big is the tank/pond/enclosure? This one is in a 10 gall,
Is the tank near a window? no
Is the tank in a room with a lot of activity? yeah

Have you read the Basic Care section? yeah
Have you searched the forums for similar situations? Yeah, but there are so many different types of white spots I am not sure.

That is what we came to think before, but it looks white and worse now. I am just a bet worried. I hope it is not shell rot .

When you search the forum for "white shell", do you find any photos of shells that resemble your turtle's? There are so many conditions that make a shell white it's almost impossible to help without knowing a little more about what it looks like.

Here's a very recent post of a turtle with shell fungus. The photos are blurry - but do they remind you of yours? Search for more photos until you find a good match, then copy the link here so we can all see.
