Does your turtle still have an appetite and beg for food? I would try to get it a basking light. Is she kept with other turtles? How long has she had these symptoms? Are her eyes clear and open? Did you get the Baytril from a vet? If so, what was their diagnosis?

The past few days its eating a few dry shrimps per day it does has her eyes open and clear and now has her energy and strength back, i did separated her from the other one but it took it hard and turn to be depressed so i put her back with its friend. i didnt took her to a vet i got the baytril from a vet pharmacist they help there to figure out the dosage.
The only problem now is that she floats it cannot submerge into the water.
i Boosted the water temp up to 28c with a new submersible heater which keeps the water at steady temp even at cold nights. i have the UVB light now on about 10 hours a day.
i was so excited last night seen it to eat alot! i did try to put some medicine into the food but it didnt ate it...

They don't need to be kept together, so don't think they get lonely or need companionship. Maybe you can add some medicine if you make some food (see the jell-o recipe in the feeding action).

I have very good news! He started eating very good the past few days and i noticed the energy boost it had! i did make the jello shots with baytril inside for it to eat it and he did! it took him 3 weeks in high heat 28c , basking light ,clean water and lot of care but he is looking very good now so i decided to remove the platform for him to have only one inch of water (he couldnt submerge)and throw him into the deep! and guess what he swim's now like a pro! he is looking very good and healthy now :)
