Urgent Care :: Regarding drowning turtles

So.. One day while I was checking the tank, I saw two of the turtles fighting.
And the fight was between the largest and the smallest. So the smallest one got bitten at the neck by the larger one and then slowly sunk to the bottom. So I reached in and pulled her out, she wasn't moving much so I put her on the dock.

I know it has been a long time ago but do you think anything else may have happened to her because of that?

If the bite didn't directly kill her, maybe is shocked her and lead to drowning? They don't normally drown if they are mobile.
