Really hard to say about what to do. An experienced herp vet or rehabber would be great for him/her. Turtles can be very resilient, and at this point, I would think can recover. However, you need to have someone throughly check Turtle and project what course of treatment, if necessary, is needed.

Has Turtle been eating? I'm not sure what you mean about the 'air' problem.

We are new to keeping captive Turtles. I just wanna wish your little guy well. He was probably dropped from a height and most likely pecked at by the crow. We saw crows dig up a freshly laid turtle nest as soon as the female was done and returned to the pond. Sorry to hear this little one had such a traumatic event happen in its young life. It's interesting to me that it burried itself, I wonder if they do this in the wild when they are injured so they are protected while they heal.

I second the vet option, if you have a good reptile vet in your area, you would feel much better getting professional advice on his/her care.

Eating is probably the best sign to see in a turtle. What kind of foods have you tried?
