about an year ago, all of a sudden, I notice this red tiny looking mark grew on my turtle's left paw, it looked like he might have hurt himself, so I put some antibiotic cream on him and about a week later it was healed, however, ever since then, the texture around that paw area has been looking strange, I can still tell it's not perfect, and whenever I touch it, my turtle became quite sensitive, for example, I would touch his right paw and he wouldn't mind at all, but if I touch his left paw(where he was hurt before) he would tried to push me away or acted as if he's sensitive. If you know anything about this please let me know. :(

*he's been acting fine, swimming, basking, crawling, eating...etc.

Can you post a picture of the area? It would help to see what you're talking about.
