So Napoleon Dynamite's been sleeping so much lately, i'm so worried

i mean, he doesn't normally sleep in the day but the whole day today was spent sleeping on the rock. He's normally not afraid of human contact so he doesn't shy away and jump into the water so i can't tell if he's sick or just sleeping.

Please tell me if it's normal, or something i should be alarmed about

How big is he? How long have you had him? How is his appetite?

What about the temperatures in his water and on his basking spot? What sort of lighting does he have?

Trying to get a better picture of his situation.
