Urgent Care :: spots on shell

when i got my 3 baby res in the mail (from turtlesale [not reputable].com-don't worrie it wasa next day air) one of them had some tan/whiteish markings on the shell. hes fine and nothing ever happened but it just looks wierd. im kinda woried though. does any one know whats going on? :( :?

It's difficult to imagine what "wierd" is from what you wrote. A picture of the shell dry would help.
