now more and more people posting in "urgent care" on topics that are not urgent.
i understand that when something goes abnormal, their owners are worried. but when posting in urgent care, use your common sense on what is considered "urgent". please do not abuse it.
the purpose of this forum is for us to better respond to true urgencies. topics such as feeding or my turtle is not eating for a day or two is not urgent! things like this will only delay the time for us to help people who are truely in need of a quick response.
thank you.

Thanks! The moderators or myself will usually move posts to their correct spot, but in many cases I might leave the topic where it is for a short period. It is usually a new user and they might be unfamiliar with how or where they should post... and probably don't know how to find their own post if it were moved. After things are resolved, they should be moved to the right location. We've been getting a lot of posts in general, so it takes time to regularly go through all the topics. Thanks for the comment!

Is it possible for someone with programming experience to make it so that when posting a new topic in Urgent Care the questions that are supposed to be answered would be automatically inserted in the posting box? I think this would help everyone to answer the questions more quickly. I don't know if I explained that clearly, but it would be like when someone clicks post new topic it would not be a blank box, but would have the questions from the sticky already in the text?
