Hi,
Can someone explain my turtles behaviour in the video url attached. They are both the same age, bought them in the same time. However one is getting slightly bigger than the other. They are no more than 6 months old. They both have some white patches in their shell however the little one has more. Im the video the slightly bigger one seems to bite the other in the shell and sometimes in the sides of it. The other one seems to allow it completely and also tilt to the side so the other gets a better bite. Is this normal?

Looks to be just aggression. Some turtles have aggressive personalities, usually male RES. It gets worse over time, so you probably need to find a way to physically separate them or rehome one. As they grow older, they become a lot stronger and can do significant damage to either.

The white spots are usually fungus, which is a different problem.
