Turtle tank setups and other indoor configurations.

Hello all,

I've just gotten some red ear sliders of my own.

1 for myself and 1 for my girlfriend.

Anyway, I was wandering what kind of enviroments you guys have set up to house your turtles. I don't have a lot of space considering that I live in a college campus (shhhh, im not aloud to have them but screw school policy lol)

I know that they get to be pretty big but I am raising this one from a baby. I just want to know what the best way to have the turtle grow up to be healthy is.

If anyone wants to talk, my screen name for AOL is DarkKnight1782

thanks

Bill

Start here: www.redearslider.com

This will give you the basic care and habitat requirements that you need to know. Minimum tank requirements are 10gallons per inch of turtle. So if your turtle is 1 inch now a ten gallon aquarium would be fine, and so forth. To get an idea of how the setups look browse through the Photo Gallery for a while.

If you have any specific questions please ask, and welcome to the forum! :)
