Many people like to use the python cleaning system.

I use it and it works pretty well.

On another note I would get rid of the small gravel in your tank. Your turtles can and will swallow the rocks if they can fit them in their mouth. And I don't see a filter in your picture. Do you have a filter on the tank?

Yes i have a filter, its in the top left corner. I've had the Gravel for a LOOOOOOOONG time now, and they have not once tried to even nibble on it, probably because they are full (i always give them snacks in between of meals) it might have to do with the color, right now, they havent eaten ANYTHING green, so i have tried so many times, but they still refuse, so if they do try, i will immediatly remove it. Thanks for your help.

Ell, I've seen you've state in several posts now that your turtles don't try to eat the gravel. You aren't with them 24/7 therefore you can not say with 100% certainty that they aren't eating the gravel. As a good owner, we want to do what's best for out turtles. And not putting things in the tank that they could possibly eat and become impacted with (which requires surgery to correct) is what we should do because that is what's best for our turtles. They are growing and if they don't/can't eat it now doesn't mean they never will in the future. It's better to be safe than sorry (as my momma always says ;) )
Also, how often and how much do you feed your turtles? What type of snacks are you giving them in between meals? Turtles over a year old should be fed pellets every other day the amount that will fit inside their head if it were hollow. Veggies should be given daily or at least on the day they aren't being fed the pellets. Anything thing else, (shrimp, krill, feeders, fruit) should be used occasionally/sparingly as treats which means not often or on a regular basis. :)

Its just the thing is, they cant even fit it in their mouth, i've seen them try with the previous gravel, the took it in their mouth, tried to break it, and realized they couldnt, i would take it out, but i need to get other rocks to put in, i'll look into it, ok?

also, i only feed them some pellets as snacks.
