When can i introduce my new RES to my existing RES. The new one is still a baby. And my other one is much bigger. I am affraid she will try to hurt the little guy. Any ideas? She is outside in the pond now and the little one is inside. I would eventually like to put them together outside.

You should wait until the smaller one is close to the same size as the big one. And you are right in being afraid that the little one would get hurt, because this is more than likely what would happen if they were put together now.

What are their sizes now?

You also want to keep them apart for some time in case the new turtle is sick.

How big is the pond and how warm is the weather where you are now?

Clydette is about 4 inches and the other two are just hatchlings. Two little ones are in the 40 gallon tank and she is outside in the 90 gallon pond the weather is in the 80's here during the day I bring her in, in the evenings still two cold for her to go out at night. 60's.
Does anyone know if i can put aquarium water plants outside? Are they different than pond plants? I am having a hard time with my pond plants they keep dieing.

I've kept anachris, water hyancinth, duckweed and fairy moss outside during the summer, and all did well, especially the water hyancinth. Anachris likes cooler water. What aquatic plants do you have?

So far I have water lillys that are not doing well and some moss like plants. They keep dieing. I don't know I am at a loss with those. I know I need some more plants to help keep the water from turning green I changed it once already. Where can i get some water lettuce I heard they are great but I know that it is illegal to have in some states, I don't know about my state.

I used to be able to buy water lettuce at garden centers that cater to water gardens. However, it's become illegal to sell it here (now considered to be an invasive pest). To see if it's legal in your state, try contacting your state Dept. of Environmental Protection.
