DD, that's exactly what I did. Pictures are posted in another thread, links are above. Of course, now she's outgrown that bridge, so I have to decide what to do for a basking area. She can still get on it, but she is wider than the bridge, lol.

The eggcrate is holding up well but I'm getting a lot of algae between the slots that is hard to clean. I would should cover the eggcrate with some a platform or else shield it from the basking lamps some how.
